It’s been six months since I last posted MediaMetrix rankings of single-family rental websites so I thought I’d revisit it and see what’s new.
Rentals.com is still grouped together in the rankings with the other Consumer Source websites and collectively we are ranked as the 11th most visited online real-estate resource. Back in December, we were in the number 8 slot but have fallen as AOL Real Estate regained it’s top 10 position (I knew that had to be a fluke when I saw it in December) and both Trulia and ReMax.com have entered the top 10. Without being included with the other CSI sites, Rentals.com would still easily be the top ranked single-family rental site. The updated list from last time includes:
Rentals.com – tops the list at 11th
RentalHouses.com – ranked 38th (holding steady, was 37th in December)
RentalHomesPlus – ranked 48th (up from 79th)
HomeRentals.net – ranked 62nd (up from 112th)
ThatRentalSite – ranked 65th (about the same, was 57th)
House.info – 107th (about the same, was 97th)
RentVine – 108th (up from 166th)
RentalAds.com – 178th (not on the list in Dec)
RentSpeed – 230th (down from 216)
RentBits – 273rd (up from 314th)
RentList – 303rd – note that RentList isn’t a listing website like the others here…is a site to find a single-family home property manager.
So, some interesting moves here and there and of course Rentals.com is still on top.
